And now for something a bit different...
Well I've been kinda dead here and in terms of art productivity, largely due to two things.
One, the bigger issue being my laptop's lifespan seems to be reaching its end, despite being a very faithful (even if slightly frustrating) almost-four years of use. Its hanging-freezing-then-crashing cycle's getting worse since this week and I do need to start looking into getting a new one before the mid-term breaks are over. So that'll take a bit before getting programs again, especially with the whole Mac to PC crossing.
Two, Overwatch's pretty much taken up my spare time (and time otherwise used for something remotely productive). I'm far gone I

So, the semester's finally ended and I can breathe easy for a good month or so...and about damn time to get back into the swing of drawing and whatnot. Hope you lot are doing alright as well.

This may slowly turn out to a (more than) slightly whiny sort of post, so just a heads up?
I kinda had an idea that I wouldn't be drawing as much in the beginning of the year given the whole moving back to uni and whatnot. But I didn't really expect to be hit with a proverbial wall with art-related things in general. I mean I'm quite familiar with art-block feelings, but I've hardly ever been angry/frustrated as I have as of recently. Kinda in that sort of 'why even bother?' sort of way, and just get frustrated by the lack of...well anything productive.

I also feel I haven't accomplished much this year especially with job hunting :S . Time flies fast in my life too as well and I don't always realize it :/ . I tried something crazy to me a couple of days though; I tried the cold shower therapy a few times >.< And as for drawing and painting it's mostly fast gesture sketches practice and doodles. I need to create finished artwork more often :/ . Good luck with everything in life; being a student is as overwhelming as being a young adult looking for a proper stable job... May this year be full of valuable life lessons that will prepare you for the future
